A little cheeky and humorous this monthly glossy brought 31-year trends in fashion, beauty and travel. Wanya Dop served as senior designer for this Dutch style icon. With great enthusiasm he determined for two years the look and feel of Avantgarde. In practice he was the art director: he oversaw the entire magazine, managed designers, photographers and illustrators. He was very involved in the content.

Under his management the cover underwent a metamorphosis. A new typography and fresh colors brought the contemporary and avant-garde look back that had made this glossy one of the ruling Dutch fashion magazines.
